Transformation Begins Here

Transformation starts with something simple: a quick phone call or virtual session. We'll schedule a time that works best for you—somewhere private, comfortable, and free from interruptions. Here’s what you can look forward to during this call:

  1. Getting to Know Each Other
    This is our chance to connect. I want to learn about you—anything you’d like to share to help me understand a bit more about who you are. I’ll also share a little about myself so you can see if this feels like the right fit.

  2. Exploring Your “Why”
    We’ll dive into what brought you to coaching. Don’t worry if you’re unsure about the exact reason—it’s perfectly okay to start with general thoughts or feelings.

  3. Understanding Coaching
    We’ll chat about what coaching is (and isn’t!), how it can work for you, and the ways you’ll benefit. Together, we’ll create a plan tailored to your goals and address any questions or concerns you might have.

 

This call is all about you—and it just might be the most impactful conversation of your life!

Sports Training or Group Coaching

Uplevel Your Team with Mental Strength Training

Curious if your team is ready for Mental Strength Training?


This introductory call is designed to assess your team’s current mindset and explore how a workshop-style training can boost overall performance. We'll discuss where your team is now, where you'd like them to be, and how mental strength training can help bridge that gap. We’ll work with you to design a customized program tailored to your sport, your schedule, and your performance goals.

In addition to team training, small group coaching is available for student-athletes seeking a more personalized experience. These sessions typically run 4–6 weeks or longer and are focused on individual growth within a supportive small group setting.

The initial consultation will be held with parents to ensure the program is the right fit. After that, we’ll bring student-athletes into the conversation so they know what to expect and can feel confident about getting started.
